JHY Series of Small Oil Mist Collectors
Product Overview
*The JHY series small oil mist collectors can handle airflow of 750-3200 m³/h, which can collect and purify various oil mist, water mist, and fumes generated by single machine tools. And JHY370 series oil mist collector is suitable for CNC machining centers, bearing grinders, NC drilling and tapping centers, griers and other mechanical processing with cutting fluid or lubricant. The appearance is more compact, which is more conducive to quick installation and use.
*The oil mist collector is suitable for handling water mist, oil mist, and smoke problems in various machining processes. JHY is committed to developing oil mist collectors with different performance. The current products include centrifugal, electrostatic, and condensation types, as well as single-machine and centralized solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Working Principle
*The contaminated air from the machine tool is drawn into the body, where the impact baffle blocks a portion of the large oil mist particles, which are recovered, and a uniform pressure effect is produced, making the polluted air more evenly entering the next stage of filtration.
*The oil mist then enters the primary stainless steel demister. The demister is filled with layered metal de-fogging nets, which use the collision of the airflow to filter the mist droplets. The droplets coalesce into large oil drops under the action of gravity and flow back to the oil collection pan.
*Multi-layer high-efficiency filter cotton can capture micro-particles and recover them.
*The high-speed centrifugal fan generates centrifugal force, accelerating the agglomeration of oil mist into liquid state, which then returns to the collection pan
*The HEPA high-efficiency filter cartridge filters out extremely small particles of 0.2-0.5 μm in the air, achieving a filtration efficiency of 99.95%.
