It is an important equipment for post press packaging. As a kind of light industrial equipment, its products can be seen everywhere in our life. Mobile phone film, trademark sticker, medical mask and so on are more common die-cutting products.
There are two kinds of common Die-Cutting Machines
1.Flat Die-Cutting, the simplest flat die-cutting consists of two shafts, a tool skipping host and a feeding shaft, which drives the two plates to press up and down through the host machine. The product mold is installed on the upper or lower flat plate, and the upper and lower pressing of the feeding shaft can complete one processing at a time.
1.Circular die-cutting, named Round knife machine too. The main reason is that the mold is processed by metal cylinder, through the process of continuous rotation to complete the die cutting process, is one of the most efficient equipment in the die-cutting machine.
The rotary die-cutting machine is mainly divided into cutter shaft and retraction reel, the ratio is 1:2, and the number of working places mainly depends on the cutter shaft. According to different uses, the cutter shaft can be divided into two functions: traction and die cutting. The traction shaft mainly drives the retraction reel for precise feeding. The die-cutting shaft drives the knife roller and bottom roller to rotate at high speed and completes the cutting action by pressing.
2.Scheme introduction
This Die-Cutting Machine bus scheme adopts Wuhan Hxdwh 23bit absolute value, high-precision, high response servo motor and Ωm-N1 series multi axis servo driver produced by Sigriner, EtherCAT bus communication, DC bus power architecture, flexible selection of three-axis and four-axis drive, perfect combination of motor and driver, meeting the needs of different application scenarios.
3.Scheme configuration
The scheme configuration is shown in the figure above (the number of stations can be increased or decreased freely according to the customer’s demand). According to the ratio of cutter shaft and retraction reel 1:2, Ωm-N1 selects three axes in one, and one servo corresponds to one cutter shaft and two retraction and retraction reels. The maximum speed of synchronous cutting is 60m / min, the synchronous deviation of cutter shaft is within 0.01mm, and the machining accuracy is ± 0.05mm. The scanning period of the probe is 125 us, which ensures that the tool axis position can be accurately compensated during high-speed operation.
Through the torque observation function, the position synchronization deviation caused by different forces can be effectively avoided
4.Features of the scheme
1. Ωm-N1 adopts three axes in one, and one servo fits perfectly the configuration of one cutter shaft and two retracting and releasing shafts. Small size can greatly reduce the installation volume of electrical equipment.
2. The high-speed probe function ensures the color mark tracking accuracy, which can accurately grasp the color mark position and complete the position compensation while running at high speed.
3. Support the parameter setting of physical address and avoid the operation of matching Omron controller node write function.
4. The parameter self-tuning function can save the time of customer debugging, and can be directly used in the field installation.
5. Torque observation function to ensure the position synchronization accuracy between multi axes, and the maximum installed position is 32 stations.
